At FengShui AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered Feng Shui analyses. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for different services.
2. Premium Reports ($1.99 AUD)
2.1 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for a premium report if:
- The report failed to generate due to a technical error
- You were charged multiple times for the same report
- The report contains obvious errors or is incomplete
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You simply changed your mind after viewing the report
- You disagree with the AI-generated recommendations
- The property information you provided was incorrect
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You have downloaded or viewed the full report
2.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a premium report:
- Email us at support@fengshuiai.online within 7 days
- Include your order ID or email address
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
3. Premium Subscriptions ($9.99 AUD/6 months)
Note: Premium subscriptions are billed every 6 months.
3.1 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Profile → Manage Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
3.2 Refunds for Subscriptions
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you can continue using the service until the end of your current 6-month billing period.
Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription charge, we will provide a full refund.
3.3 Price Changes
If we change subscription prices, we will notify you 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will keep their current price for at least 3 months.
4. Free Services
Our free services (basic analysis and chat) are provided as-is with no refunds or guarantees. You may stop using them at any time.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Service Outages
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.
5.2 Billing Errors
If you notice an incorrect charge:

- We will investigate within 2 business days
- Confirmed errors will be refunded in full
5.3 Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service, you will not receive any refunds for unused services.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We may pursue the dispute through proper channels
- You may be banned from future use
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're happy to resolve issues directly.
7. Currency and Payment Method
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original purchase.
Note: Your bank may charge currency conversion fees for international transactions. We are not responsible for these fees.
8. Promotional Discounts
If you purchased a service using a promotional discount or coupon:
- Refunds will be for the amount actually paid
- The discount code cannot be reused
- Standard refund terms still apply
9. Gift Purchases
If you purchased a report as a gift:
- Only the purchaser can request a refund
- Refund must be requested before the recipient views the report
- The gift recipient's account will not be affected

We want you to be happy with our service. If you have any concerns about:
- Report quality or accuracy
- Technical issues
- Customer service
- Any aspect of our service
